Bollinger Rosé is a relative newcomer to the non-vintage champagne rosé soirée, having only been produced since 2008. Nonetheless, it is as well considered as Special Cuvée, demonstrating the Domaine’s uncompromising excellence and exceptional craftsmanship in blending and vinifying red wine.

Echoing the same beautiful aromatic complexity and structure of Special Cuvée, Bollinger Rosé is an assemblage (blend) of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier with the addition of red wine lending aroma, vinosity and body. Powerful yet elegant, fresh yet spicy, the cuvée is both impressive and elegant.
