A Sally Hillman expérience will introduce you to a wide range of champagnes. Our speciality is seeking out exclusive “grower-producer” champagnes whose complexity and diverse characters are as individualistic as the vignerons who produce them. Part of the Sally Hillman champagne expérience is learning to recognise the differences and celebrate these subtleties while enjoying a soirée with exquisite canapés or a convivial seated three- or four-course meal. The menu for each expérience is unique and carefully designed in close conjunction with our chef, ensuring that every champagne is perfectly paired with a seasonal dish.
