Delivery & Returns

All orders over $500 receive complimentary standard shipping to any location in Australia.

Orders must be signed for by someone 18 years or older. Unattended delivery is not available. We do not deliver to PO Box or RMB.

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt (business days only) and then lodge your order with our shipping partner for delivery. Delivery time estimates are provided below for standard delivery despatched from our Melbourne warehouse. Please note, during peak times like Christmas, it may take longer to process orders.

We always do our best to ensure timely and safe arrival of your wine order, keeping you informed by email regards day and time of arrival and managing the tracking code from our end for 100% assurance of delivery. During times of extreme heat or heatwaves, we may call you to discuss and coordinate a preferred delivery time.

For express delivery please call and discuss with us. Charges are higher, in line with the faster service provided with costs usually ranging from $25 – $45.

Deliveries of more than 12 bottles (2 cases) may incur an additional fee.

Returns

We do our best to ensure your champagne is delivered safely, and do not allow returns unless the bottle is damaged or corked.

However, if your bottle arrives damaged or corked, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to ensure you receive a replacement.

Please note, you’ll need to send the faulty bottles with the cork and at least 75% of its contents back to Sally Hillman. All replacements must be authorized by the importer and can take up to 7 days.
