A blend composed of 70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay, with the addition of reserve wines from the previous two vintages. This champagne has 9g/L dosage and has spent ten months in oak without malolactic fermentation.
Citrus acidity blends seamlessly with the scent of freshly baked biscuits and very gentle spice nuances, lingering with a soft, creamy freshness.
