Champagne Pierre Paillard, founded over 200 years ago is currently under the helm of two brothers Quentin and Antoine Paillard, the eighth generation of winegrowers. The historic family domain is situated on 11 hectares of entirely Grand Cru (the highest Champagne A.O.C. classification) vineyards in the village of Bouzy, in the south side of the Montagne de Reims growing region.
