All About Arnaud (Lallement)!

Earlier this week, three-starred chef Arnaud Lallement received the Ordre national du Mérite (a French order of merit) at his restaurant, L’Assiette Champenoise, in Tinqueux, near Reims. Surrounded by his team, many of whom have been working with the celebrated chef for over 10 years, Arnaud was honoured for his meritorious service to the French nation and appointed to the rank of Chevalier (Knight). We’d like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Arnaud on his extraordinary achievement and well-deserved success! Félicitations!

Arnaud’s food is a real tribute to the region of Champagne, distinguished for its timeless innovation in offering the perfect balance between acidity and sweetness, and always in respect of the seasonal produce.
