Champagne Minière F&R

Brothers Fréderic and Rodolphe Minière have been at the helm of the artisanal family Estate, Champagne Minière F&R, since 2005. Though the House was founded in 1919 by their great-grandfather Alfred (who created his own wine press and sold his wines to the merchants of Reims), the brothers now represent the fourth generation and are the first to bottle champagne under the family name.

Blanc Absolu is a 100% Chardonnay champagne that pairs tremendously with seasonal dishes such as natural oysters served with lemon wedges; tabouli; or a delicious fish taco of battered wild-caught whiting tucked into a bed of citrus slaw and drizzled with chipotle mayo.
