An opulent Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) champagne with an outpouring of saline minerality on the finish, pair with pan-seared, crispy-skin salmon topped with a creamy white wine and garlic sauce and finished with a sprinkling of fresh parsley.

Adrien Dhondt’s introductory cuvée rings on the palate with charm, elegance and a clean, vibrant finish that is delicious paired with Comté cheese, aburi salmon nigiri (flame-seared salmon sushi), or freshly cooked scampi served with homemade aioli and lemon wedges.
