Brisefer is a rich and vinous lieu-dit (single-plot) cuvée that forms an integral part of Jérôme Dehours’s visionary single-vineyard series. As one of the first vignerons to use a terroir-driven parcel approach, Jérôme created Brisefer in 1999, setting a high standard for other plot-specific expressions to come.

An energetic 100% Pinot noir champagne of profound persistence and buoyant complexity with a long, mineral-backed finish that beams across the palate like so many light rays passing through a crystal prism.

Elaborated from Côte des Blancs Chardonnay and Bouzy Rouge (still red wine made from Pinot noir grown in the village of Bouzy in the Montagne de Reims), Rosé Blanc is an exceptional champagne rosé that expertly balances elegance and power, expressing Grand Cru terroir to its fullest, brightest potential.

The latest release in Cécile and Vincent’s experimental series, PM.05 is an oak-fermented and complex Blanc de Blancs champagne that draws delicious parallels with oak-aged white Burgundy. Not to be missed by lovers of fine, collectable wines and epicureans in search of food-friendly champagnes.
