The best way to preserve champagne’s iconic effervescence is to ensure your premium Lehmann glassware is in the perfect condition.
- Gently wash glasses by hand, without detergent, and rinse thoroughly so that they are residue- and stain-free.
- Air-dry glassware upside down on a linen tea towel and gently polish them when dry.
- When polishing, be careful not to twist the glass against the stem, as this can cause breakages
Use Sally Hillman’s microfibre polishing cloth when polishing; a luxurious and specialised accessory boasting a generous size to buff and boost brilliance for that final touch of stemware sophistication. Avoid using fabric softener to clean your polishing cloths because synthetic fragrances and residue may be left on the glass.
All Lehmann glasses are now dishwasher safe.

If you are not cleaning your glasses right away, put a bit of water in the glass so that stains do not become hard to clean later.

The package is always clearly labelled ‘fragile’ so that it is treated with care in transit. However, if a glass is broken along the way, we will replace it as soon as possible.
