A Sally Hillman experience will introduce you to a wide range of champagnes. Our speciality is seeking out exclusive “grower-producer” champagnes whose complexity and diverse characters are as individualistic as the vignerons who produce them.
Part of the Sally Hillman champagne experience is learning to recognise the differences and celebrate these subtleties while enjoying a soirée with exquisite canapés or a convivial seated three- or four-course meal. The menu for each experience is unique and carefully designed in close conjunction with a chef, ensuring that every champagne is perfectly paired with a seasonal dish.
For wine enthusiasts it is an opportunity to discover the lesser known grower Houses of Champagne and to deepen their knowledge of this fascinating French wine. For novices, there is an opportunity to learn more about the depth, character and quality that champagne has to offer.
