Founded in the Côtes des Blancs village of Avize in 1894, the small family-run estate had been led by Pascal Agrapart, fourth-generation vigneron and one of Champagne’s leading artisanal viticulturists, since 1984.
Today, the next-gen is in charge! Ambroise Agrapart, son of Pascal, now manages the estate with the unwavering support of his father. Ambroise is a qualified oenologist and, as the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, shows a high level of precision like his father but with his own meticulousness and exacting standards.
